El Patio is probably the most famous place in Sucre to eat Salteñas. You can choose to sit either in the beautiful courtyard at the white tables under umbrellas or in one of the ancient halls to enjoy one of the salteñas of "res con caldo", "pollo y caldo" or "santa clara" (4Bs.).

As it is a very popular place it is better to arrange enough time as it gets quite crowded around 10 / 10:30.
