This centrally located, family run hotel is a wonderful find if you travelling the Jesuit Missions circuit in Bolivia. Situated on the main plaza of the small village Santiago de Chiquitos is one of the best hotels in the region.

You wouldn´t realise that this pretty colonial-style building was constructed just five years ago as they have managed to conserve the traditional architecture style of the region. The owner is from one of the local families and is a pioneer in promoting this stunning little village as a new tourist destination, and rightly so.

The rooms are tastefuly decorated and all are equipped with airconditioning, cable television, telephone, mini bar and a private bathroom. A decent American style breakfast of fresh fruit, cereal, bread, conserves, pastries, juice and coffee is included in the price of the rooms.

There is a terrace restaurant serving national and international dishes and a guest lounge with a fireplace for guests to enjoy. There is also a beautiful garden with lush vegetation where guests can relax and escape the heat.

The hotel has a place for holding events as a well as a shop selling local handicrafts.
