Housed in a converted silver refinery, which is also a museum, San Marcos is one of the most stylish restaurants in Potosi. The food is a little more expensive than most (main courses cost about 40Bs) but expertly prepared. They have a sizeable choice of beers and wines too, which can help to make the perfect evening, sat dining beside an elegantly converted piece of factory equipment.
