If you want to enjoy various tipes of fish - come to La Campiña. So far it´s the only restaurant in Sucre that is specialized in preparing them. Here you can eat Trucha, Pejerrey, Surubí, Pacu, Cebiche, Ispis y Corvina. Apart from fish they also serve good meat dishes like Chicharron de Cerdo, Pique a lo Macho, Lomo Montado, Milaneza de Res y Pollo, Charque, Sullcka y Silpancho. The speciality of their meat dishes is the duck that they prepare in the oven.
