Quinta Piray Cabins, Samaipata, Bolivia

Situated on a gentle slope within two hectares of private, well-manicured parkland, Quinta Paray's modern cabins have impressive views over the valley of Samaipata. This tranquil setting makes it the ideal place for individual travellers, couples, families and groups, who would like to spend a pleasant weekend or a relaxing holiday in this beautiful region.

The nineteen self-contained cabins each house from 2 to 6 people and have a fireplace, kitchen, dining room and terrace with a churrasqueria (traditional Bolivian bbq gril). All bungalows have a refrigerator, gas stove, kitchen utensils and parking facilities. Visitors can also rent individual rooms.

Approximately one kilometre from the main square of Samaipata, Quinta Piray was named after the Piray River, which has its source in Samaipata and flows into the Río Grande, a tributary of the Amazon. “Piray” is a word from the Guaraní language of the Gran Chaco meaning “fish in water” as symbolised by the place´s triangular logo.
