The Casona Santivañez presents an ecclectic style (a mixture of diferent styles), with a characteristical elements of the Colonial and Republican era (1770-1845). Because of the prominence of the people who housed in a this beautifully restored colonial building and because of their enterprises and activities, the Casona Santivañez is considered to be a historic relic.
