El Mirador

The Mirador that is situated on the other side of the plaza of La Recoleta offers a beautiful view over the whole city. Here you also find the Peregrina fountain, the "reloj del sol", "la caja de agua" and the plaza where the city was founded.
You can just take some pictures or enjoy the view while having a coffe in the Café Mirador. (see: subcategory Cafés)
